Ordering

These items are sold to most countries, so please ask first, thank you. All payments must be in US currency. No partial payments please.

Ordering Procedure:
1) Send me an email with your request. Your email must have the subject line "Terrain Purchase Request from: " and add your first and last name. e.g. "Terrain Purchase Request from: John Q. Public".

2) In the body of the email please list all items you wish to purchase. One item per line please. In each line enter the Item ID, the description, and the quantity you wish to order.

3) List your full mailing address including mail code (zip). I have to have this to properly estimate shipping costs.

4) List the form of payment you plan to use. I only accept PayPal, Cashier's check, Money orders, or personal check. No other form of payment will be accepted! Personal checks will require a waiting period while we wait for funds to clear, I'm sure you understand. :-)

5) Once I receive the email I will reply with a total price detailing charges for Purchase prices, Shipping, Packaging and optional Insurance.

6) You now have 5 days to respond and either accept or decline your purchase. A rejection will terminate the order, billing will not occur and life goes on! No reply within 5 days also means your order is null and void.

7) If you accept the order, then I will expect payment within 10 days. Once all funds clear, and personal checks take longer, then your order will be placed for fulfillment on a FIFO (first in first out) basis.
I will email you with an order number and you can use that number to check on your order status here.

Note: I will do my best to meet a requested date, however, I cannot guarantee exact dates.

A word about insurance and merchandise. Insurance is always in your best interest and I strongly encourage it. All shipping will be done using some form of tracking, either USPS or UPS depending on destination. That way there are no problems!

I ship to almost any country, ask me in your request and I will do my best to estimate a shipping cost. Foreign orders or orders to military installations cannot be tracked. I wrap all items well and with care. I ensure that when the package leaves here the merchandise is in tip top shape.

Payment:
There are four ways to pay for your order:
1) PayPal (preferred)
2) Cashier's check via regular mail
3) Personal check via regular mail
4) Western Union

Those of you familiar with PayPal know how it works. If you don't, just go to their site and follow the instructions to become a member, then pay me accordingly. This is probably the easiest, fastest and most secure way to pay me.

Please keep in mind that personal checks take longer to clear at least 10-15 days. Once your check clears then the order will go to fulfillment as described earlier (FIFO).

I will send you an email to give status on your order as progress is made.

I hope this is clear and straight forward. I've tried to make things as easy as possible and to describe them as best I can. Questions don't cost anything and help to clarify things. So if you do have questions send me and email and I will reply.
